Sanur beach is unique in that there are no waves near the shore, waters are clear, warm, and shallow and allow you to see the ocean life below.
Depending on what program you choose it can be just a Yoga class on an anchored SUP board or a mix of Stand Up Paddling followed by the Yoga Session.
Program “A” is just Yoga, the boards will be already set up on an anchor line or you may have to paddle surf to it just 50 meters from the shore.
Program “B” instead will start with a brief introduction on the beach to familiarize you with the equipment and teach you the correct ways to handle the board on and off the water. Following this, we will set off into the calm waters of Sanur to have a warm up paddle. After your warm up paddle, we will anchor up and start our yoga session.
Program “C” is pretty much the same as program “B” but in the months of windy season “June to September” conditions in Sanur could be very raft and we need to travel by boat to the sheltered lagoon of Serangan.
SUP yoga is available to beginners as well as more experienced yogi’s. It helps us to keep the fun in our practice and always puts a huge smile on your face. Sup yoga promotes balance, strength, and helps build greater awareness for weight distribution in your postures. It is an isometric workout that strengthens your core while providing a fun and exciting way to view the natural surrounding.
Classes are mostly in the morning to get the best conditions with calm water. Starting time depend on the tide and weather.
Sunset Sessions can be organized but mostly will have to be in the Secret Lagoon as water in Sanur in the afternoon is normally choppy.
